Dossena says the defensive powerhouse is what will give the Reds the kind of defensive solidity they need in the continued absence of club captain Virgil van Dijk.

With a lot of clubs interested in acquiring his services, former Liverpool defender Dossena Insists now is the best time to jump ahead of the queue and seal the signing once and for all.
According to Dossena, Koulibaly is a modern-day defender who is good with the ball at his feet, is an aerial duel expert, can be used in the play-from-the-back system, and can also score goals. He further said that while the Napoli man can be the bedrock of the Reds’ defense in the absence of van Dijk, he could form a sensational partnership with the Netherlands international when he finally returns from his injury.
